SERVICES
COACHINGS

YOU ARE THE EXPERT FOR YOUR SOLUTION
My coaching sessions are based on a holistic approach that includes not only the people but also the systems behind them in problem solving. I offer these online or in presence and optionally in German or English.
Structure, orientation and professionalism are particularly important to me. I ask the right questions and give impulses. We work with effective processes and clear goals.
But I also want things to be right on an interpersonal level. I pay a lot of attention to an appreciative and empathic atmosphere, which gives me the opportunity to respond sensitively, individually and with a lot of heart to the challenges of my coachees.
I do not prescribe solutions, but enable coachees to independently master their professional and personal challenges.
- new job & new tasks
- organizational change
- feeling overloaded
- professional reorientation
- interview case preparation
- Role or team conflict
- Strengthening of own strengths & skills
- Identification and expansion of growth areas
- Reflection of own thinking patterns and beliefs
- Re-entry after parental leave (emparent Empowerment Journey)
- Strengthening of self-awareness and development of self-confidence
BE A LEADER

FROM EMPLOYEE TO LEADER
As part of the BE A LEADER program, I guide employees on their path to becoming successful leaders. Depending on their needs, I provide support for either a shorter or longer duration.
I place great emphasis on integrating theory and practice in a way that allows the leader to apply the newly acquired knowledge directly in their day to day leadership business. Therefore, I combine 1:1 empowerment coaching sessions with small training sessions.
Throughout the journey from being an employee to becoming a leader, we address various topics. The selection of these areas is tailored individually to my coachee’s existing strengths and growth areas.
- How do I deal with my role conflict?
- What is my leadership style and leadership vision?
- How can I practice “active listening”?
- What structure and content contributes to a successful 1:1 with my team members?
- How do I coach my employees?
- How do I motivate my team?
- How do I handle conflicts?
- How do I set goals?
- How do I provide feedback and receive feedback?
- and much more…
WORKSHOPS

FOR DOERS
As a facilitator I use the experience gained in my workshops as Scrum Master & Agile Coach.
I adapt the workshop concept individually to the existing challenges of the team and the related goals of the workshop. My well-filled suitcase of agile methods and tools helps me to achieve the previously agreed goals.
The focus of the workshop is interactivity and joint work.
With a lot of power and a good structure I enable teams to develop measures that they can then quickly put into practice. In doing so, I encourage them to exploit their strengths and resources, and I am there with a lot of heart and feeling.

TRAININGS

EXCITEMENT, GAMES AND CHOCOLATE
Drifting off in thought during a training is a thing of the past.
As a trainer, it is important to me to convey the content in an exciting and lively way and to actively involve the participants.
It is important to me to create a personal atmosphere and to transfer knowledge at eye level. The easiest way to achieve this is with on-site training, but a lot is also possible online. In recent years I have gained experience with a wide variety of visualization and collaboration tools.
Learning takes time, and independent learning plays an important role if what is learned is to be consolidated in the long term.
In the past, it has proven effective for participants to further deepen the knowledge acquired in small learning groups within the company after the training.
And in addition to all the work, there is also the occasional piece of chocolate or nuts for refreshment. Anyone who has read a little about me knows that snacking on something sweet is my “Guilty Pleasure”.
