As a trainer, I convey knowledge on a previously defined topic and the participants deepen their knowledge through practical exercises.

LEADING EMPLOYEES = UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE
I have been enthusiastically leading employees for almost 20 years. In particular, I have been motivated by the positive impact of effective leadership on employees and companies.
Effective leadership provides a decisive competitive advantage.
Employees who are emotionally attached to their company show more commitment and are more productive. This bond grows in the immediate work environment and the behavior of the direct leader has a critical influence on this.
Destructive leadership, on the other hand, lowers competitiveness, since employees without a bond to their company only do things by the book and promote a culture of silence.
Companies gain a decisive competitive advantage by investing in the development of their own leaders.
As a systemic coach, I guide aspiring leaders on the path from employee to effective leader and help experienced decision-makers to become even more effective in their leadership role.

As a systemic coach & trainer, agile coach and founder of BE EMPOWERED, I have turned passion into my profession, I do what I love and I do my best every day.
My great pleasure is to work with people and companies. In doing so, I focus on empowering, enabling and guiding them on the path to their full potential.
In the past, I have lived in various countries besides Germany: China, Italy and Switzerland. Getting to know the people, customs and different cultures was an unforgettable experience that enriched and made me grow.
For almost 20 years, I led teams and came to the conclusion that the role of a leader should be its own job description. You don’t become one overnight, even if that’s what people like to suggest. This craft can be learned!
Empowering new leaders to become effective leaders is what I burn for.
In 2011, my first daughter was born, closely followed by another daughter and my son. My own experience in terms of –

Together with my coaching colleague, Julia Freifrau von Herman, we offer companies and parents emparent – a program that helps parents successfully re-enter the professional world after parental leave.
Inspiration has the power to bring about change. In and with my work I want to inspire people and find inspiration myself.
Encouragement has a positive, transformative power. I encourage people to face their challenges and grow beyond their limits.
My focus is on empowering people and companies in their strengths, enabling them and guiding them on the path to their full potential.
In my work, I take into account the existing environment so that the whole context is considered and the changes become sustainable.
I work in a structured way, with effective processes and clear goals to ensure that these goals are successfully achieved.
